We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Some items like earrings and custom pieces are final sale. UK returns are free, international customers pay return shipping.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery at support@lyrion.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at support@lyrion.com. After 1 hour, your order enters processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
